After School Fee & Registration

* Students can start the program in any week of the month. When you make your first payment, your subsequent monthly payments will be automatic until you choose to cancel or change your after school program subscription.

Please use the PayPal button below to pay for your after school monthly program subscription. You will be billed monthly for the program you choose.

IMPORTANT: It is the customer's responsibility to cancel their subscription directly through PayPal, or to contact our administrative offices (alanpacificgroup@gmail.com) in order to cancel.  Onsite staff members are not responsible for ensuring program subscriptions are canceled.

Please Note: 

Make-ups and Missed Day Policy

Missed days may be made up during a paid subscription month on any day that the after school program is active (Monday-Friday during the school year). Please inform staff a minimum of two (2) business days prior to your make-up day (it helps us to ensure adequate staffing and preparation).

Make up days may not be used to extend or delay a subscription payment, and must be used within the current school year (ex: September 2024–June 2025. Make up days do not roll over to the new school year.

Greens fees and range balls are included in the registration fee. Thank you!
